At Hudson & Mark, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new attire isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a notification and a refund or exchange confirmation once our warehouse processes the return.
